About the session

A government service design project involves many stakeholders, from policymakers to the community it will serve.

However, once a policy is in place, community involvement can be limited to advisory meetings rather than meaningful collaboration. Why?

Looking at the service from a full 360° view lets us reimagine ways to bridge the gaps between government and community and create better services that make government more effective, transparent, and trustworthy.
