About the session
Radical optimism is needed now more than ever. Design is an inherently optimistic practice - but are you truly leveraging the power of hope to achieve change through your work?
We need to help people become more hopeful, more brave, and trust more. This means expanding comfort zones enough to learn through good failure. Creating space to explore, experiment and play. Building connections with our colleagues.
In this talk, the speaker will make the case for radical optimism and will set out - with inspiring and relatable examples - approaches and tools for leaders and teams seeking to use hope more purposefully to achieve change.
Participant takeaways:
- Why we can't afford to not be optimistic
- Real-life examples from relatable contexts
- Toolbox approaches, models and tools to help you use hope more purposefully
