About the session
Theme: Service patterns
Service patterns are a hot topic, promising to deliver consistent user experiences at speed, with efficient reusable designs.
Multiple organisations are developing and testing them right now.
During this interactive workshop, practitioners from three UK government departments will share their first-hand experience of implementing service patterns and share methods on how you can do the same.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice these methods, with support and guidance from the facilitators - who will also share resources for further learning, and places for further collaboration and discussion.
